CEO and Managing Partner, Southern Health and Retirement Planning
Doug Jolley began his career in 1989 with American Republic Insurance. He left as Vice-President to begin as CEO and Managing Partner of Southern Health and Retirement Planning a/k/a SHARP located in Irmo, South Carolina.
Doug majored in Journalism at the University of South Carolina and was recognized as one of the countries top five managers. Doug served as the President of the Midlands National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Doug is an accredited journalist having published newspaper, magazine and online articles. He has been a featured guest on talk radio shows across the country. Doug’s passion…helping people set goals on how to achieve financial security and stability.

Doug serves enabling people to protect their family’s finances from risk.
Doug and his wife, Jan celebrated thirty-seven years of wedded bliss in August. They have one son, Jonathan who is an agent with SHARP. Jonathan and Lila have one daughter, Fiona, who turned five last August.
Doug and Jan are active members at 12 Springs Community Church.
Dr. Scott Adams
Dean of Business, Columbia International University
Dr. Scott Adams has over three decades of experience in law and executive management for major international law firms and corporations, including Dow Corning Corporation, Insignia Financial Group, Inc., Pirelli North America and Prysmian Group.
Dr. Adams earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School in New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Allied Legal Services from the University of Central Florida.
He has been very involved in community affairs in the Midlands, serving in key leadership positions with many civic, business and educational organizations including: Director of the Christ Central Medical Clinic, Chairman of the Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Midlands Technical College Foundation, and as a board member of Lexington Interfaith Community Services, Central SC Alliance, and the Central Carolina Community Foundation.
He was named South Carolina Ambassador for Economic Development by former Governor Nikki Haley and Lexington County Ambassador for Economic Development by the Lexington County Council in 2012.
